The New Look Group has over 800 stores across the globe in 21 countries, and their estate of 650 UK stores places New Look in immediate reach of the majority of the British population.
New Look wanted to improve visibility of HR records and make it easier to audit employee documents and guarantee compliance. A new robust document management system was
required to accomplish these goals.
DCS implemented a solution that allows New Look to have complete visibility of document status in each employee file, accessible by 60 HR team members. 18,000 existing employee files were scanned into the tailored FileStore document management system, which DCS continues to scan files into on a daily basis on receipt from New Look. Reports can be run by HR staff to determine what information is awaited or missing from employee records.This combination of outsourced service and dedicated FileStore access brings ease of compliance to the organisation's HR function.
