DCS delivers mailroom solution for Castelan
Castelan Group provides product warranties and claim handling to a wide range of retailers including Argos, Furniture Village and House of Fraser. They were looking for ways to effectively manage incoming mail.
In conjunction with our parent company Neopost, we have been able to provide a complete mail management solution for Castelan to manage their incoming and outgoing post. Castelan now have a state of the art franking machine IS - 6000 and all their mail is opened and scanned on arrival. Also, critical information is now extracted from the claim/warranty forms and linked to other business processes such as claims and invoice processing. This has helped reduce the response time to their customers and reduce the cost of postage.
