Improving searchability is one of the key drivers of implementing document management

Several departments at Irwell Valley Housing Association will ultimately benefit from the invoice processing solution jointly delivered by DCS and Soprano. Backlogs have been eliminated from IVHA's Finance Department, who have been given back 3-4 hours of staff time per day. 

Housing Technology Magazine has run a feature on the solution, in which the two vendor partners integrated a state-of-the-art scanning/OCR platform with a specially tailored eProcurement/P2P solution, thereby creating a future-proof inbound document process whose remit can be widened at will.
